I've been a Body Shop customer since I was a teenager in the 1990s. It's a real shame how this company has fallen. Discontinuing every other product, to new "improved" formulas drenched in sickly perfumes/fragrances. I recently purchased the newly packaged Vitamin E moisturiser, which I've been using for YEARS, only to discover the formula has been changed. It now has a sickly, overpowering floral scent to it. I tried to return all the products I purchased, but could only return upto ÂŁ60 I spent a total of ÂŁ98. After 30 plus years of purchasing Body Shop products, I'm done. I know they are owned by the same company as Avon. Avon sell very similar products for much less. The At Home part of BS means that the high Street store is usually empty and at risk of closing. Too much plastic everywhere with pumps that can't be recycled. They need more 'refill stations' on the majority of products, not just a handful. It has very few items for teenagers who used to be the target market. I have been a customer for over 30 years and remained loyal due to the natural products and animal free testing. Over the past 10 years approximately every product I love has been discontinued with no real alternative. Clearly looking at the reviews I am not alone, also speaking to staff in various stores and other customers it is a real issue. It is blatantly obvious they are pandering to the young with not a care for those who have actually spent money with them. Every time I am in a store the customers average age is north of 40 not south of 25. They should know their customer base. Kalau kalian ngikutin blog ini pasti aku sering sekali review tentang Tea Tree dari The Body Shop, iya..... karena emang ini yang saat ini masih cocok buat kulitku. Kulitku itu super sensitif dan enggak mudah buat aku cari produk yang langsung cocok. Waktu SMA aja aku udah coba coba merk merk yang diiklankan di TV di Drugstore sampai uang jajanku berkurang, padahal kalau produk itu kalau aku pakai ternyata enggak cocok langsung aku buang. Kemudian datanglah cahaya ilahi yang mempertemukan ku pada satu ini Tea Tree Mattifying Lotion. Tea Tree Mattifying Lotion with Puryfying Tea Tree Oil from The Foothills of Mount Kenya jadi produk ini bisa digunakan untuk Blemished Skin apalagi kulit yang berminyak, sensitif, acne prone karena ada rasa menenagkan saat memakai ini Kemasan di desain agar tidak mudah terbuka sehingga tidak mempengaruhi kualitas didalamnya. Tutup nya pun mudah dibuka namun kita harus memastikan untuk menutupnya dengan rapat atau agak berbunyi klik karena aku sendiri kadang kadang cuma sampai nempel aja enggak sampai bunyi klik soalnya aku rasa udah tertutup padahal juga belum.. heheheh Tea Tree Mattifyin Lotion adalah pelembab wajah yang dapat membantu melembabkan dan mengurangi minyak berlebih. Aplikasikan pada kulit wajah dan leher, setelah dibersihkan dengan cleanser dan toner. Hindari pengunaan di area mata. Ini aku aplikasikan sebiji jagung di tanganku, biasanya aku aplikasikan di kulit wajahku lebih besar dari ini. Kemudian aku ratakan dengan tangan dengan lembut, kadang kadang aku aplikasikan ke wajah ku dengan cara ditepuk tepuk karena kulitku yang sangat sensitif sehingga aku berfikir untuk mengurangi gesekan di permukaan kulitku agar tidak menimbulkan iritasi. Setelah aku ratakan, aku sudah merasakan bagaimana produk ini bekerja. Lotion ini sangat mudah menyerap ke kulit, setelah menyerap aku rasa kulitku lebih halus dari sebelumnya dan lembab. Produk ini memang akhirnya akan Matte karena memang produk The Body Shop yang Tea Tree diperuntukan untuk kulit berminyak dan berjerawat. Selama aku memakai ini aku enggak merasakan breakout, saat memakai lotion ini aku merasa ada sensasi dingin menenangkan. Namun untuk mengurangi minyak yang berlebih pada wajah masih belum bisa secara sempurna, memang awal pemakaian kulit akan merasa halus dan tidak mengkilap namun beberapa waktu kemudian apalagi saat suasana panas minyak di wajahku pun mulai memproduksi dengan sendirinya, hal ini bisa aku tangani dengan Oil Control Film. Memang aku sadar kalau kulitku memang berminyak dan ini sudah takdirku dan aku hanya bisa mengontrolnya saja. Untuk kulit berminyak kaya aku jangan pernah berfikir untuk tidak memakai pelembab ya !! karena bagaimanapun kulit kita butuh pelembab karena pelembab adalah salah satu skincare yang penting. Jika kita enggak memakai pelembab maka kulit kita akan berfikir bahwa kulit kita dalam keadaan kering sehingga kulit memproduksi minyak yang berlebih untuk itu kita memakai pelembab agar kulit kita merasa bahwa kulit dalam keadaan lembab sehingga kulit tidak memproduksi minyak berlebih. Jika kita sudah memakai pelembab namun masih memproduksi minyak yang berlebih, bisa saja kelembaban kulit kita berkurang dengan cepat karena hal hal yang lain seperti cuaca yang panas atau sebagainya.
